Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of KnexBi, including products, services, templates, dashboards, consulting, analytics implementations, integrations, and support offerings.

By using KnexBi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

1. Company Information

KnexBi is a brand owned and managed by Knowledge Excel Pvt. Ltd.

2. Scope of Services

KnexBi provides business intelligence, reporting automation, analytics implementation, data visualization, dashboard development, and consulting services.

  • Pre-built dashboard templates
  • Custom dashboard development
  • Dashboard setup and integration support
  • Analytics workflow and reporting automation support
  • Data integration assistance and KPI tracking frameworks

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • You must not misuse the platform or services.

4. Account Registration

Registrations may be subject to internal verification and approval. Account activation can take 24 to 48 hours.

KnexBi may restrict or reject registrations involving fraudulent or abusive behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, frameworks, dashboard structures, visual assets, code components, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Knowledge Excel Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.

Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only and do not transfer ownership rights.

6. Payments & Transactions

Payments are processed through secure third-party processors, including Stripe. KnexBi does not directly store full payment card information.

7. Refund Policy

KnexBi follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy. Purchases are considered final after access to previews, descriptions, and setup information.

8. User Responsibilities

  • No illegal activity or malicious content.
  • No unauthorized system access attempts.
  • No misuse of intellectual property.
  • No false or misleading identity information.

9. Limitation of Liability

KnexBi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, business losses, or decisions made using incomplete or inaccurate input data, third-party interruptions, or integration issues.

Users are responsible for validating all reports, KPIs, calculations, and strategic assumptions before acting on them.

10. Third-Party Services

KnexBi may rely on third-party services such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Stripe, CRM systems, and cloud hosting providers. KnexBi is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or API limitations.

11. Data Privacy & DPDP Compliance

KnexBi processes personal data in line with applicable privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), India.

12. Termination of Access

KnexBi may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of services, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

KnexBi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
